Mungo has enjoyed 38 years working in the outdoor advertising industry in a career which has encompassed a range of roles focused on both the buying and the selling sides of the industry, including 10 years as a Board Director of Posterscope and Meridian Outdoor, responsible for Commercial Investment.
In 2010, he joined Primesight and as the Director of Insight and Innovation leading their campaign performance, research & business technology, including a focus on developing automating trading systems.
Mungo joined Global in 2018 following the media owner’s acquisition of Primesight. Appointed into the role of Commercial Product and Platform Director, Mungo helped Global bring its programmatic platform, DAX to the Outdoor sector in 2020 and continues to lead the development of connected trading on the platform.
Mungo is the Co-Chair of the UK OOH Industry Standards Committee, is a Board member of the Industry Research Body, Route and has co-authored a white paper on the best practice use of Econometric analysis in Out of Home Advertising published by WARC.
